Terrible Customer Servive and quality

I ordered a controller and top side controller, and since I have experience I ordered "Customer to configure" and saved the $20. The top side controller was defective and after 3 weeks of shipping and annoyance I am getting a new one back. The Controller has settings for Motor speed and Heater voltage. I set those correctly and when I turned on the system my Ozonator and Motor were destroyed. I found two wires at the circuit board level were miss-wired send 240volts to 115volt components. When I called in to let them know of the mistake, they tried to claim innovence and kept repeating.."You did not pay the $20 set up fee so it is your fault"... "And they kept saying..."Is that ALL you are calling for?" VERY RUDE... SO BUYER BEWARE. In Summary, I ordered two parts, both were defective. One I was able to field rewire since I have the knowledge on how to do so, and when I call them to complain they get rude and indignant
