Terrible Customer Service. Will not return calls until you ask to cancel then they refuse to cancel service agreement

Beware of Metro Sales, Inc will not return phone calls. Operators hang up on you multiply times. When you ask to get out of your service agreement they will contact only if you email no sale person will call. Then you email them and request to cancel and they tell you there is no way out until it ends for more than $2,500 when you don't even use the machine any longer. Also one time we had them come and look at a different machine to possibly use them we did not decide to go with them so they sent us a invoice to our company for $560
