We made a reservation in Key West for a car rental through Dollar. Once we got there and stood in line. We were waited on by a very RUDE customer service agent. She informed us there was no rental cars available. There was no options available except to stay at the airport and wait for a car to show up. This ruined our time in Key West because the car rental was to see the Keys. User's recommendation: STAY AWAY! Customer service is TERRIBLE.
