Terrible customer service from Cashstar and Sephora

I was treated badly from both Sephora and Cashstar over a egift card. After the horrible service being disconnected multiple times and called "Hi Gorgeous" by 5 different customer service reps, I called Cashstar to request a refund. I did not wish to patronize someone...
