Terrible customer service and warranty service

I purchased a $50 coffee grinder. It quit working within 30 days. They approved a warranty replacement, but said that the model was no longer available and that they would replace it with one of equal or better value. They sent me their cheapest, bottom-line $15 model that was far inferior to the one I purchased. They now will not return my emails or phone calls. I'm now just out $50 and have to go purchase another grinder. DO NO PURCHASE ANY MR. COFFEE PRODUCTS. User's recommendation: DO NOT PURCHASE MR. COFFEE PRODUCTS!!!
