Terrible Customer Service and getting no where with very important matter

I have no insurance since February every time I call they say it's being escalated. I have a family of four and thank God nobody had to see a doctor. I have kids age 15 and 8. My daughter needs to see some doctors and I need to see my OB/GYN and get a mamogram. This is really getting upsetting and frustrating I get no answers and there is nobody to talk to. I need to talk to higher up the answer is no we can't. My husband is getting really stressed and upset. This is unheard of I can't believe this is taking so long which is such a simple fix. NO excuses. What is wrong with this process???? Kristin
