Terrible customer service and continual technical problems

On 12/28 I called to report an ongoing issue, as a result of my account being hacked. I noticed more suspicious activity. After finally getting through the pathetic and useless automated recording, I was transferred to a woman in the tech department. She was rude to me, gave me false information and told me that there were no problems with my account. Immediately after hanging up, I experienced the same problems. I then called back and spoke to Jason. I told him to cancel a pending order I placed and informed him that I would not be making any purchases until I know that corrective action would be taken with the nasty woman that I spoke with, previously. Jason seemed sympathetic and promised me that he would cancel the order. Several days later, I received an email saying that the order had been shipped to me. Since its impossible to communicate and have my inquiries handled, I decided I wasnt wasting time with anymore incompetent pch employees. Since then, Ive continued to have problems with my account. The PCH app crashes several times a day, I cant get entries via pch spectrum or certain other emails. I scroll through all the ads and get to the point where its time for me to get my entry and it refuses to let me go any further. Is this because PCH wont give me any entries because Im not placing orders? If not, then PCH needs to start taking my concerns seriously. My account has been hacked. Not just PCH, but all those 3rd party apps that you endorse. Ive had nothing but trouble since I last summer. It began with the Slotomania app and the other apps I got from PCH to earn extra entries for promotional purposes. Im not paying for the order I canceled. Im not placing another order until my issues with PCH are resolved. This includes taking corrective action with the tech employee that was rude and ignorant. She shouldnt be working in customer service. Shed be more suitable working in HR because it wouldnt upset her to fire people. Im not counting on a response. PCH has gone down hill. Especially with customer service. Also, according to the automated system, my customer ID doesnt match what PCH has on file for me. I know my account has been hacked. User's recommendation: Don’t try to resolve problems with PCH reps. It’s a waste of time to call. They used to be reliable, now they’re just plain incompetent.
