Terrible customer response. I don’t want to pay PayPal $1 to get my issue resolved.

Brand new coffee grinder dies. I sent in paperwork and photo for replacement. Three weeks of radio silence. I have emailed three times for a status. I am told because of Covid the phones are unavailable!!! Laughable. Never will buy Mr. Coffee again and I will tell anyone to do the same. User's recommendation: Run from Mr. Coffee.
