Terrible customer dervice

We purchased sofa and a love seat. When they were delivered the sofa was broken so they replaced it. A couple of days later the love seat had the same problem. We called them and were basically given the run aroun. IE we dont have any in stock and dont know when we will. Weve called Susan the manager of the Jackson Tennessee store every week and went in several times. Always the same thing none in stock etc. this started in mid June. Well about 2 weeks ago she said they found one in Nashville but it would take a couple of weeks to get it in. She called yesterday and s User's recommendation: I would recommend that nobody ever buy anything here. Can’t get thru to customer service at corporate.
