Terrible Company – Warning to Others

I contracted with Comwave for home phone and internet service. I was given a a four hour window, 8 AM to 12PM, for a tech to show up. I waited but nobody came. A tech finally showed up at supper time. A second tech showed up a few days later. He wasn't aware that someone had already been to my home. And he was rude. They were supposed to transfer my phone number but transferred an incorrect number with a different area code. It was impossible to contact them, and it was never corrected. Finally someone from Comwave called and I cancelled my service. Because I was within the 30 day trial period the rep told me that I would receive a full refund after returning the equipment at my cost. Several weeks later a received a $70 refund, but I had paid Comwave $211.19 plus an additional $24 to return the equipment. User's recommendation: Avoid this company.
