Do NOT purchase from this company. Now their website is unavailable and their products are poorly made and not as described. I ordered a blanket that was supposed to be 4x6 and cost 64.00 as a Christmas gift on Nov 2. Never received it until today (Jan 5) and attempted to email them several times asking where the package was. They finally returned an email after 3-4 from me on Dec 23 telling me that the package was obviously lost in the mail. I told them I wanted a refund since I never received it and was told it needed to be escalated to "management" and offered to ship me another one. I explained I no longer wanted it as it was supposed to have been a gift and had already purchased something else. Last week I get a shipment notification that my package was on it's way, AFTER I told them I didn't want it since they failed to reply to my multiple emails in a timely manner. After contact today with "Asa" I was told if I wanted to return it, I had to pay for the shipping back to Singapore! And let me tell you, this product is POORLY made, falling apart and only a little larger than 2x4. Total SCAM!!!!
