Installed a water treatment system that leaked, was unstable (used unsupported flexible tubing), cost me an additional $2500 to correct their mistakes. I withheld some money and they apologized profusely, promised to make things right. When I released the hold, they disappeared and I haven't heard from them since. I have a 4 page report with pictures. Stay away from them!
