Terrible company, don’t waste your time, if the seller offers Long and Foster Home Warranty ask for a different company

We placed a claim on 1/22 for a leak for our shut off valve on the toilet. We got assigned immediately, I waited 3 days and never heard from the company they assigned us to. I called back and they assigned us to another company. Didn't hear from them either. I came home from work on the 26th to find my toilet leaking through my ceiling into my kitchen. I called the second plumber they assigned me to only to be told that they don't do plumbing work. I called the company back and was told that they would put it in as an emergency now because this is my only bathroom and I have two small children in the house and that it was doing damage to my house and that someone would be out on the 27th between 1-3. I waited for the 3rd company we got assigned to on the 27th and no one showed up. I called the 3rd company and was told that they never received the confirmed appointment and claim from Long and Foster home warranty but that he would come out on Sunday from 3-4 to fix it. We waited again and he didn't show up. When I contacted him he said he had a flat and was waiting for a tow. Asked to reschedule for sometime in the next couple days and he said okay. When I tried to confirm with him I never heard back. Monday morning comes and I now have to place another call to the company. I call them 3 times to try and get someone out to my house with no help. I keep getting told that it is going to dispatching. I ask for a supervisor and am told no one is available. They seem to think its okay for my 4 year old to have to run to the rental home across our back yard in order to go to the bathroom at 11pm at night in 14 degree weather. Real nice people. Anyway they finally assign me to a 4th company. Tell me to call them and when I do they tell me they can't come out for a few days. Call the company back and get told that it will be sent to dispatching again. I still have not heard back from anyone, I still don't have a working toilet and I am beyond pissed. Worst POS company ever. I filed a BBB complaint against them at this point.
