I ordered a JJ Watt Jersey in red with the red/white/blue numbers and received a red jersey with plain white numbers. I already have the red jersey with white numbers so having another identical jersey is worthless. I contacted customer and explained they sent the wrong jersey. Their response was that it's a busy time and that their shipping dept made a mistake, but since it's the right team and the right player so I should be happy. I explained it is not what I ordered and paid for and that I already had that jersey and wanted a different one for this season. They told me that shipping is expensive and I should just accepted the jersey, they are not exchanging it or correcting their mistake. Granted the price is cheap, but I paid $54 for a certain jersey and that's what I wanted. If I wanted what they sent me, I would have ordered that jersey. I will go through my bank and request that they reverse the charges so I can get my money back. I have dealt with a few different companies from China and have never had a problem. This company admitted their mistake but still did not want to make it right. Absolutely unacceptable!!! The fist pic is what I ordered. The second is what I received and I already have. So very disappointed! I don't even think it's a woman's jersey. It doesn't have a "Women's Cut".
