After order placed at BattleVision web site, I recieved a confirm email that was very deficent. It gave no order number, no email contact link, no phone no. for customer service, and was addressed "from" and entity that I never heard of, Mojo Checkout. Later, I figured out Bulbhead was the vendor and emailed their customer service to no avail. About 30+ days later I got the order from "Telebrands." That totals 4 named companies: ordered from Battlevision, confirm email from Mojo checkout, product delivered from Telebrands, and followup email from Bulbhead (about 3 weeks AFTER delivery, Bulbhead replied to one of my email queries on status of order.) I will never use any of these again. User's recommendation: Don't use them.
