Terrible communication and terrible people

1

So, I’m going to try and break this down as best I can. My son needed in home services. They began coming out and I liked them at first. His nurse was great but the lady who did the weight checks twice a week seemed to immediately have a stick up her butt. He was on a feeding plan due to having a feeding tube in his stomach. According to HER scale he had dropped 2 pounds in 3 weeks. But according to my sons doctors scale, he was gaining weight. When I called her out in it she insisted the doctors scale was inaccurate. She immediately assumed we weren’t following his feeding schedule because I told her the 3am feed was really hard to do. But I NEVER said I wasn’t doing it. A week later, she was supposed to come for a weight check but I had a family emergency to get to and didn’t have time or thought to let anyone know because EMERGENCY. When I wasn’t home on her time or schedule, she got mad. So she called DCYF (child protective services) and complained about a 2 pound weight loss AFTER telling me to my face she was here to help and had no intent on trying to hurt my family. Meanwhile on her very first visit to my house she MADE me wake up my son from his nap to weigh him. He was born 3 months early and had a breathing tube in his neck up until September 2018 so rest is vital for him. So 2 days goes by from the day I wasn’t home at her demand, and the case worker shows up at my door while my son is napping and makes me aware a complaint was made about his feeding plan. I instantly knew who it was because no one else had even come to see my son or knew about it. And the doctors office makes you aware when they call. They don’t do it anonymously. Anyways, so we fill in the case worker of EVERY detail and shut down all the lies they tried to tell. Monday rolls around and I call interim to ask if they’re still coming for my sons weight checks and nothing more. And they said they would call me back. But instead of calling me back, they called my pediatrician and told them they were worried about weight checks. So my pediatrician called me and made me aware that they had told the doctors office they spoke with me about them not coming back but they never did. The nurse that was coming 5 days a week also decided to report a “severe diaper rash” that was never there They’re terrible at communication with clients. They’re terrible at keeping their word. They’re terrible at their jobs and they think they’re high and mighty. I’ve seen nothing but bad reviews and now unfortunately I am one. I wish I could break down my experience even more but my fingers hurt now. I hope anyone who has to use them has better results. I would NEVER recommend them or their services. The people are terrible and they don’t know how to be adults. She called CPS on me and then refused to return my phone call and went to my pediatrician to try and dig deeper into the case.
