Terrible cancellation policy

I tried Gwynnie Bee with the free promo code. I like most of the clothing I was sent, but I am getting married and decided I need to keep my bills low until after the wedding is paid for. I bought some items from the outlet store, but cancelled before they shipped. Apparently when you cancel your account everything is cut off. Even though I had over a week left of my membership I no longer was sent boxes, all the points I earned were lost (so even if I come back they are forfeit), and my order that I paid for has been cancelled. It has been a week (I am still technically in my subscription period) and I have not been given a refund of my money and my order has not shipped. Awful service
