Terrible call quality and customer service

Poor call quality. Delay in caller voice as if on international call. Calls hang up when I answer. Callers have difficulty leaving voicemail. No notification that calls are coming thru via eVoice - appear like any other call on my phone. Callers have difficulty hearing me. Even when I've called eVoice customer service, the agent could not hear me. I am unable to get a response from the 'contact us' form on the eVoice website.
