Terrible appliance and terrible support!

Our company has bought many appliances for spec homes. We now needed anew stove for our cabin. Went in with all my parameters. I had a Kitchenaid Superbra convection oven. Fantastic stove. Wanted a similar stove. Explained I have large groups up, no store near by and bake and cook everything. I was so clear on that. Because we are not up there all the time it took quite a while to figure things out. Even still it was a very confusing stove. Finally realized convection fan does not stay on when your cooking. When we went to talk about all these things I specifically talked to someone in Surrey. He to,d me give me two days. Waited three and then called back. He didn’t know my husband or myself. He had not looked into anything and then pretended not to know us. Went in again. Finally they would talk to whirlpool. That took way to long. Address got *** mixed up. I had to phone so many times. Now we are past my warranty and still don’t have a proper working stove. A tech came from a town nearby and he said at 350 degrees it works fine but the fan does not stay on when it reaches temperature. He went back to his shop and checked the specs and says that how it is. How can that be a true convection. Food kind of boils. Nothing browns. Dries out. Then I did more playing around at 400 degrees. When you open the oven, it drops by 30 degrees and then when you close the door no element went on as it was reheating. Took 15 minutes finally the elements went on. No fan.if the many people I talked to would have done there job properly I would not be in this mess. Now I have a large group coming and can’t count on this terrible stove. I have been placated over and over again and no one has done a thing. If I would not keep emailing and bugging I would not even get that. This is exhausting. Give me a new stove. I will not stop. Who else can I talk to.
