TERRIBLE and NON RESPONSIVE to email

I have tried to contact History Channel several times because of an error message on the screen when I try to watch a program. I NEVER had this problem: 0066: NO ACCOUNT RETURNED FROM UPDA. I have NO idea what this means and History Channel will NOT respond. I am at a total loss as to how to take care of this issue and it is very frustrating.
