On 9/12/18 at ~10 AM, ET, I made a reservation with Payless Parking, for their Philadelphia, PA location at PHL. When I arrived at the location and showed them my reservation information, I was told "somehow" you had hacked their site and my reservation was with you. I tried to call but as many disreputable companies, you have no telephone number. I sent an email to cancel with all required information. To date, 9/21/18 ~11AM< ET, I have not heard back. I sent yet another through your site. This is TERRIBLE customer service. I will make certain my credit card company disputes any charges and your very questionable activities are available for other unsuspecting people to know.
