I had the exact same problem with delivery and they were not helpful in the slightest. Got the delivery 3 months after I ordered, I received them both separately therefore having to wait longer still for one item. The emails back and forth they seemed to take no responsibility nor did it feel like they cared at all, in fact the messages felt like they thought it was normal. To cap it off, both items were very ill fitting and small (I went for a size up in large when I am a medium). I have used them twice in 4 years and had the same similar experience as has my friend. Truly terrible service and quality which is a shame as the designs are great.
