There was a sale online - Buy One Get One Free for purses. I found two that I wanted. I paid for the most expensive purse and got 2 for the price of 1. Yessss! Good deal!!! Wrong. I received the purse I had paid for. I waited a little over a week for the other purse to appear. It did not. I sent an email to Charming Charlies wondering where my other purse was. He wrote back informing me that they were out of stock. I never received ANY type of communication about the purse not being out of stock. It never reflected it in my order. I wrote back and asked what I should do as this was a BOGO free campaign. In numerous emails back to me he informed me that since I already paid for the purse, and I received the purse, there was nothing more they could do for me. WHAT?????? What about honoring the sale?? Am I crazy for thinking that Charming Charlie owes me a purse?
