Teletrac Navman has been nothing but a headache, the garmons don’t work “tech support” is NO help!!

The "so called" tech support is a joke. If their equipment was so good they shouldn't be having this many problems. I had a driver on the map in the same spot for over a week, he couldn't do nothing, and still can't. The ONE "tech support" that I got to talk to said my drivers should be better trained to watch the garmon to make sure it stay green, not just one green 2...I told her the drivers are driving not watching the garmons!! I've had a driver say his garmon was telling him to pull over lost signal to sign in, lost connection. I told him, more than one semi should stop in the middle of Chicago rush hour and say "oh my garmon said I had to" We should get our money back!! Nobody calls you back when you call "tech support". One of them actually hung up on my Boss!! JOKE...NOTHING BUT A JOKE!! I could vent more! And we paid money for this!!! There is NO satisfaction here!!! Money back!
