You have to be kidding me. I had to follow up on a defective product. It took me 3 calls and 40 minutes total to get through. The agent was kind enough and apologetic for the wait and put a request in for a replacement to arrive in 5-7 days. It's now 12 days, so I called to follow up. Another 30 minutes to get through. Agent was very pleasant and apologetic for the wait but could not tell me status of replacement. Seems like they allocate sufficient resources to take orders but not so much when it comes to servicing the follow up. Not a good business model. Not sustainable. I won't be calling or ordering again. User's recommendation: Only call if you want to wait a long time.
