I requested a down grade from 30 to 8 Gigabyte download per month, I specified to the vodafone clerk in Vodafone branch Obour Egypt. to make sure it slows down after the download is finished. He confirmed that is the case. May invoice I had 450 LE extra download, and a message in April for 900 LE extra download. I complained to Ahmed in Customer service he said he will cancel the 450 because I am an important customer, then I said the April message should be cancelled too, he said no we have to wait for the the invoice then complain again. I said that id not acceptable so he said we will make a n investigation with the clerk to see if I said that or not!! How can an important customer be not believed, and why would anyone ask to pay for extra download of 1 pound a mega in the first place. In my opinion its a way to steal money from your customers. The normal is you make it slow like all other network providers do. and only if I request it then charge me!! Any how Ahmed said he will solve my problem and contact me, but didn't for 4 days . I phoned another girl today today and she said she'll look in to it. I am thinking of cancelling the line for this bad treatment Thanks Rafik Khalil
