Telena Moore is a liar.

Telena Moore is a general contractor in the tri cities area. I explained what I needed and where I lived. She stated that it's not too far and that she would call to make an appointment for an estimate. This was over 2 months ago. Moore didn't have the decency to tell me no. Instead she lied to me about doing the work.
