Telemarketer cussing me out

I had a call from 909-294-**** about an inquiry we made to Blue Cross for health insurance. The telemarketer told me *** YOU BRO and hung up when I asked to call him back at a more convenient time. These people are very rude and should not be representing Blue Cross....
