3 months ago suddenlink failed to process payment and the next month the bill was double so mailed a check the next day for double payment. I called them and told them the day I got the bill what I was doing and told them if they got the check from the month before to let me know. Well the first check cleared the bank that very day and they did not inform me that it had cleared. That did not keep them from charging me a late fee anyway. A lot of customers had the same problem that month, enough that some banks were not charging to stop payment on the lost checks. While on the phone with them my cable was turned off and they swore they did not do it went 4 days without cable that time. Called today to see if I could get bill lowered and guess what, cable disconnected again while on the phone with them and the woman I was talking to who spoke terrible English said she did not do it. I DO NOT BELIEVE her. So here we go again no cable.
