Technician shows up at end of 3hr.window to say i cannot tune a/c

had a appointment for a a/c tune up that was made 3 months ago.got a call from petro while on the phone with someone else.I called back and the service department said the tecnician finished early and wanted to come over befoe the appointment.I said ok and waited and waited until 3pm when he finally shows up,but now it is raining and cannot do the tune up!The service manager apparently bypassed my 12-3 pm appointment window and sent the technician to another job thus causing me not to have my a/c tuned up! Poor customer service and a bunch of bull when they say on the phone thank you for being a loyal customer for what ever time.So now I had to reschedule for a appointment 9 days later hoping that they can do it as long as the weather cooperates!They didnot offer to back off another customer in a shorter time frame to accomodate me. Also Petro wanted to charge me $1200.00 for a new A coil and drip plate because my drip pan had a 2 inch crack that allowed water to come down the outside of my furnace! I repaired the crack with a $5.00 tube of DAP silicone sealer and there is no more leak! I saved myself $1200.00 with PETRO HOME SERVICES!!---Be careful with PETRO!!
