Today, 11/20/20 at around 9:27am EST I spoke to a technical support guy. Id like to report this technical support person who was arguing with me, raising his voice, after I got frustrated with troubleshooting the system since I kept on repeating all the steps that I have done from previous calls I made several days ago. I hope this conversation was recorded so you can judge yourself if he reflects the kind of customer service that your company provides. I have been a customer for over 3 years and if this is what its going to be like I am not looking forward to another 3 years with you. There are more company out there who have far better customer support as far as I know. By the way, the issue that your technical support couldnt figure out for several days, I figured out myself. So thank you for all the wasted hours I spent with your technical support team.
