technical support on an email problem with verizon.net – agent hung up on me.

Look, I have been calling 4 times for help with sending our email on my verizon.net account. previously your agent helped me get by AOL's abrupt and disabling arrogantly installed, security which cut me off from my email which I use for business. However, after we got my email to receive, once having obtained a specially generated password, I soon found out I could not send mail out. on my first call back I was impressed how hard an effort was put in to get my outgoing mail actually being sent, but to no resolution. He just couldn't get it to work. So I was to be transferred to a technical expert. He then put me on a line but I was holding for an extensive period of time when my wife had a matter which required us to go out and I hung up. Thereafter, I have called back to get your agents, one at a time, Peter, Caye and Jessie, to transfer me. Instead of being transferred, the phone line went to a dial tone as I was hung up on. My case number is [protected]. I just want to get through to someone who will get me able to send mail out. Gerald A.
