McAfee I have spent a good deal of time on the computer chat and off shore phone trying to get help in updating Norton 360 on this PC. Service is awful. It used to be good; but off shore support people are not skilled and are arrogant and insulting. Norton hides it's US phone numbers. It doesn't really have customer service just off shore people who don't care, and tech people who only know how to read a script. They are not problem solvers. Do I need to go back to Mc Afee?
