Update by user May 05, 2021 6 mos later still no resolution Original review posted by user May 05, 2021 Since purchasing phone from Simple Mobile I was sent a retail demo apparently that was not disclosed at time of purchase. It will not allow administrator privilege and as a result phone has been hacked can't encrypt emails etc. User's recommendation: Do not purchase anything from Simple Mobile.
