Team Viewer Remote Access

Because I used Team Viewer to access my work computer from home, the company insisted I was using their product for commercial purposes, and told me I had to buy a license. Later, when I left my job and moved overseas, I needed remote access temporarily to access my old workstation, in order to assist my office. I was required to purchase a personal subscription, which I did in late 2018 or 2019. I used the subscription once or twice. Unbeknownst to me, the subscription automatically renewed, without notice to me. My account was debited almost $600 in 2020 (without my knowledge), and I only discovered the automatic renewals when it was debited again for $588 in 2021. Even though I contacted the company only ONE DAY after the 2021 renewal, the company refused to refund any portion of my money. Their staff was rude and refused to offer any help or allow me to speak to a supervisor. As an attorney, I believe this action was fraudulent. I would never do business with this company again.
