TCL is not resolving warranty claim on my defective TV

TV picture and sound is dead after 8 months. TCL could not repair it. I asked for a replacement and was told my 75 inch model was not in stock. I asked for another model and would pay the difference if necessary. TCL has not resolved this after 30 days of emails back and forth. I am a senior and need a TV in that location. I am pissed! User's recommendation: BE PREPARED TO WAIT 30 DAYS OR MORE IF YOUR TV IS DEFECTIVE.
