2nd time I trie to cut grass mower wouldnt start or move. I called the store where i i bought it and they told me goog luck and gave me troybilt phone #. My son googled problem and it showed where 2 different safety switches were a problem. if it was on google TB knew about it. User's recommendation: stay away from TB all together.
