I started doing my 2018 tax return and the response from Taxact's server was extremely slow and the system kept telling me that they ware saving information. I tried to enter information from a W2 and the system was so slow, it would NOT let me enter the W2 information into TaxAct. System, definitely broken. Then I tried to contact support, as TaxAct says they have support by phone, but on a Saturday afternoon, all support personnel were busy, so no one was available to help. I am going to another provider after using TaxAct for over 7 years. Terrible support and system.
