Tax payment and custom clearance charges

I am posting this inquiry about the latest shein order I placed. I received a message from DHL to pay tax and custom clearance charges but I choose a free express shipping because my order was above $129. We placed two orders and only of them received this message. Please clear these charges so that I can receive my order on time. Please let me know how you can proceed with the order.
