Dear Team, Good day! One of your male arabic representative called me on talabat customer hotline today morning April 16, 2019 at 9:50 AM and told me that the restaurant was not picking the calls many times and there's no driver from them to send my food and he wants me to cancel my order immediately. I was in doubt, I believe so he is not professional at all and was lying to me, so I called the TASTY BOWL RESTAURANT itself to CLARIFY and CONFIRM this information, and they pick calls immediately. Second, they do have delivery boy, only the item is NOT AVAILABLE and they have rice meals only after 11am. That's why the customer care cancelled immediately without prior consent to customer. In future, opt out the items which are not actually available to avoid cancellations and inconvenience in future.
