Tassimo Latte and Cappuccino Tdiscs fail

I called Gevalia and got the Tassimo section. They advise they are producing a new product to return the old discs they are selling on the market. They ARE aware of the problem but their distributors keep selling them! The machines are NOT the problem, I almost bought a new one!!!!!!
