DepenMy family of 3 made Covid testing appointments in Chico Ca. At the Forrest address for Nov. 12th. After waiting in line beyond our appointed time, we called and were told tests would not occur that day. (?) After much searching we were able to secure testing for the 13th of Nov at the esplanade location in Chico Ca. No more appointments could be found anywhere in the surrounding area for the 12th. We hunted from Sacramento to Redding. Now we are sitting at the airport in Hawaii, without our testing results, they will not let us collect our rental car and proceed to our rented condo. I am reaching out to you in desperation. If we cannot get results soon we will be quarantined for possibly 4 days. Please help.
