Update by user May 28, 2021 I finally talked to the Manager of the warranty department and he had no idea that I was having all of these problems with the coach, dealer, and customer service. He is looking into the fixes on the coach and called me late yesterday to inform me that he talked to the warranty department and the Gander RV, Bartow, FL. Just waiting to see what the next step will be, but not 100% yet or even close. Original review posted by user May 26, 2021 This was not their Cedar Creek division and they could not help me. The person gave me the number for Cedar Creek and I did leave a message for Steven Hall the Warranty Manager and have not heard back from him. User's recommendation: Do not buy a Cedar Creek.
