Talk in circles around my question why can’t my provider get paid from 3-11-2020

First why doesn't Freedom enter in the computer in coming bills from providers, so when you call someone will see it even if it is returned to provider. Second they never answer direct questions give run around answer. User's recommendation: Think twice.
