It has been 5-6 months since Talk America/Windstream said they would fix my voicemail problems. They haven't. When you try to access the address to write them, or report them to BBB, it is a maze of pseudonames. My internet AND phone went completely dead. When I called TalkAmerica/Windstream at 800-261-1063, they said the fault was not there if both were out and they would contact AT&T to restore the line. Well, no one has showed. My guess is AT&T will say not their problem either, and in the meantime, I am totally isolated. I only have the landline. Do not deal with cells and smartphones. If there is a fire or emergency, I have no way of communicating the emergency. This is not like American service. It is the way you would expect to be treated as an oppressed peasant in China or Cuba. Ignored.
