TalkAmerica: Horrible and Incompetent Customer Service. Representatives that do not know what they are talking about. Technical Dept and Service horrible and incompetent as well. Go elsewhere !! Find another Phone company. This company is staffed with incompetent technical staff and customer service staff needs serious help. Most of them do not know what they are talking about. When there is a problem- 1 person should stay with the issue or ticket. Each time you call in you get another new person....and they spend time trying to read previous orders. Company has serious problems on the front line. Corporate Vice President and President need to take notice of these kind of problems.....terrible PR for the company.
