I made a complaint about the last two times that we have been to Texas road house. I donot believe any of us will ever return. After my complaint and talk with someone from the complaint department all they did is ask one of the managers(who were rude to us the day we were there) to call. We understand the difficult time with covid going on but to be so rude and not put us together( in the same area) even though we called ahead and there were tables available in our area (for a 11 year old birthday. Is unexceptable. We never complained how long it took to get service or our food.
