Think Music Man...one man was on his phone the entire time talking fast and loud while the rest of got to enjoy the conversation from just one side. He just talked and talked and talked. Loudly. Why? Is this the same as two humans chatting together? Is it any different than two people hacking it up? Maybe. Yet, cell phones are acceptable regardless where we are with no regulations. Should there be some just out of respect of others? Maybe.
