Taking to long with credit return

Returned product to company, they emailed saying they wanted to knock off 65% and for me to keep shoes. Too late, I told them to give me full credit plus my shipping costs as it was there fault completely sending wrong product. Have heard nothing sense. User's recommendation: Avoid dealing with this company.
