Ambetter continues to collect premiums through autopay after terminating a policy. Clients are not allowed to talk with the billing department to resolve such issues. Lack of accountability and proper billing procedures is serious. Don't go contract services with AMBETTER! Not better! User's recommendation: Not recommended. Will cancel policies but not payments. Billing department will not talk with customers about their bill.
